Cancellation Policy
Cancellation period PRIVATE COURSE REFUNDS: 100% refundable when cancelled 24 hours before course starts. PRIVATE COURSE RESCHEDULES ALLOWED: 4 hour package = 0 8 hour package = 1 12 hour package = 1 16 hour package = 2 After having used up all your reschedules, and you miss or are unable to attend a another class, the session will be registered as completed. However, check with your teacher in advance as they might be able to reschedule your time if they are not too buy. GROUP COURSE REFUNDS: 100% refundable when cancelled 24 hours before course starts. If your course started and you had a personal emergency, we can put it on hold and resume once you are ready again. GROUP COURSE RESCHEDULES ALLOWED: No rescheduling classes. However, we will send you a pre-recorded video of the class you missed.
