Service Description
COURSE: ONLINE Group DAYS: Mondays and Wednesdays TIMES: 7pm to 8:30pm PST (Vancouver) / 8pm to 9:30pm MST (Calgary) COURSE DURATION: 4 weeks CLASSES: 8 GROUP classes (12 hours total) GROUP CLASS DURATION: One hour and thirty minutes per GROUP class. PRIVATE (one-on-one) SESSIONS: You get 4 one-on-one hours with this package. After you start your group course, you can chat with us about the times and days when you would like to schedule the private classes with one of our tutors. We recommend you do it after attending some of your group classes. Group hours have fixed times, but one-on-one hours are flexible. Start our comprehensive ONLINE GROUP CELPIP preparation class designed to help you improve your score with the right strategies. Our officially trained CELPIP tutors will give you their tips & tricks and guide you through the test format, key strategies plus mock tests and practice exercises to ensure you reach your desired band score. MATERIALS AND TAXES INCLUDED. YOU GET 12 HOURS (8 sessions) PLUS 4 ONE-ON-ONE HOURS WITH THIS PACKAGE. NOTE: Since this is a GROUP package, these 12 hours are scheduled to specific times. They are divided in 8 SESSIONS (one hour and a half each), which means your course would last 4 weeks exactly. This GROUP class is from 7pm to 8:30pm PST (Vancouver Time) and from 8pm to 9:30pm MNT (Calgary Time). Cancellation Policy
Cancellation period PRIVATE COURSE REFUNDS: 100% refundable when cancelled 24 hours before course starts. PRIVATE COURSE RESCHEDULES ALLOWED: 4 hour package = 0 8 hour package = 1 12 hour package = 1 16 hour package = 2 After having used up all your reschedules, and you miss or are unable to attend a another class, the session will be registered as completed. However, check with your teacher in advance as they might be able to reschedule your time if they are not too buy. GROUP COURSE REFUNDS: 100% refundable when cancelled 24 hours before course starts. If your course started and you had a personal emergency, we can put it on hold and resume once you are ready again. GROUP COURSE RESCHEDULES ALLOWED: No rescheduling classes. However, we will send you a pre-recorded video of the class you missed.
